Yes, it's true, I have learned that there are many other places in the world that actually have internet usage limitations. Here in the U.S., you pay for the month and use however much you want. However, apparently overseas in some places...a lot of places actually...they can only use so much accumulative bandwidth per week/month, or something like that.
The point is: If one of your international volunteers falls off the email train for a week, it may be because they're out of internet usage, and can't get to you. Try not to explode on them for lack of communication. lol.
